These terms cover your use of Reverse Split Radar (this "site"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Information only, not advice

Everything on this site is general information. It is not investment, legal, tax or financial advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. Reverse splits, fractional-share round-ups and the way brokers handle them carry real risk, including losing money, fees, or receiving cash instead of shares.

We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or financial planner. Using the site, reading the newsletter or contacting us does not create an adviser, broker, fiduciary or any other professional relationship.

Where the data comes from, and its limits

Split details (ratio, dates and fractional-share policy) are extracted automatically by software from public SEC filings and other public sources. Software makes mistakes and filings change. Data may be incomplete, wrong, delayed or out of date. Before acting on anything, always read the linked SEC filing and check with your broker, who decides how your account is actually handled.

No reliance

You agree not to rely on this site as the sole basis for any investment or other decision. You are responsible for your own decisions and for checking the facts yourself.

Use at your own risk; no warranties

The site and all its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the site will be available, error-free or secure.

Limitation of liability
